• My office hours are Monday 10-12, in JMHH 431.1 (in the statistics department, on the fourth floor). These may be changed for the week of November 24.
• Everyone who has turned in the first six homework assignments should have received the graded homework back from me via email. If you have any problems (e.g. you haven't received one of the assignments back, I accidentally omitted the attachment, or the returned homework didn't have a score on it), please let me know.
• Summary statistics for the first seven homeworks. Homework 1: mean 8.4, standard deviation 1.1. Homework 2: mean 8.3, standard deviation 1.2. Homework 3: mean 9.0, standard deviation .8. Homework 4: mean 8.2, standard deviation 1.4. Homework 5: mean 8.0, standard deviation 1.1. Homework 6: mean 9.2, standard deviation 1.0. Homework 7: mean 8.0, standard deviation 1.0.
• On Problem 7 of Homework 7, you are allowed to use higher-level functions, such as solve() and lm().
